Abstract: Particle size of material after broken by domestic crusher is much big and non-uniform and the energy consumption is high.Designing a new type of crusher consume lowly energy and get good crushing effect.Materials are constantly struck by high-speed throw from crusher inner plate and high-speed reverse collision from crusher external cylinder,and then are broken into powder by high-speed collision with follow-up materials.Qualified fine materials are emitted by inner-sifter,crude materials continue to be broken.Through many times experiments that according with the actual operating situation,this design method is proved to be feasible.This crusher will benefit increasing economic efficiency and social efficiency of building materials,mining and other enterprises by its energy-saving effect,high efficiency and so on.
