Abstract: Iron resources in Mineral processing tailing,red mud,smelting tailing,roasting middling ores can be effectively recovered by SLon magnetic separators and centrifuge.The experimental results showed that large amounts of gangue were rejected and iron minerals were concentrated by the Slon magnetic separators with magnetic field strength of 0.7T~0.9T for coarse separation.A Fe concentrate grading of 60% with a higher recovery rate can be achieved under the rotational speed at 400 r/min and washing water about 2 400~2 600 ml/min by the centrifuge.
