Abstract: A comprehensive assessment of system often requires several indicator systems, which are given weights to reflect their respective distribution. The defects of hierarchy analysis method are pointed out.The multi-experts' information iteration is made and the comparative value of two indicators in interval form is given, which is in more conformity with people's thinking way and reduces the process of consistency check. The real application cases show that this method can reduce the times of indicator comparison and rationally reflect the weight of assessment indicators, thus providing a new approach to determining the index subjective weight in system comprehensive assessment.
