Abstract: Based on the Integration meaning of mineral resources exploitation,the integration theory of mineral resources exploitation was discussed,such as optimal deletion theory of exhaustible resource,market forces theory,strategy development and adjustment theory.Three integration models of mineral resources exploitation are analyzed: horizontal integration,vertical integration,hybrid integration.
