Synthesis and Application of Flotation Reagents for Donganshan Refractory Iron Ores

Abstract

Abstract: With the grading decrease and components change of Donganshan iron ores,KS-Ⅰ flotation reagent is facing with a great challenge,and it is difficult to satisfy the requirement of iron industry.Then KS-Ⅲ flotation reagent is designed and applied in flotation tests of Donganshan Pellet Plant.Compared with KS-Ⅰ flotation reagent，it can improve above 0.43% Fe concentrate grading and over 0.31% Fe recovery，decrease 0.56% Fe in tailings，reduce above 6.89% consumption of collector.
