Abstract: Due to low grade raw ores，fine-grained dissemination of fluorite and quartz，and some weathering issues，the fluorite in Hebei province belongs to the refractory one.CaF₂ concentrate only grading at about 88% by the former beneficiation can not reach a good sale.Therefore，the beneficiation experiments are carried out again for this ore.In view of the ore characters，a flotation flow sheet consisting of one-stage cleaning flotation regrinding and seven stage cleaning flotation was selected.Finally，fluorite concentrates with CaF₂of 97.23%，and SiO₂ of 2.36%，and CaF₂ recovery of 70.56% were obtained，and the quality of production was improved greatly，providing the technical support to get a large market for the mine enterprise.
