Abstract: Ecology civilization is the products of protecting and improving ecology environment during the developing material civilization.Mining area is one of the most eco-fragile regions.It is of great significance to study the relative theories and evaluation method about ecology civilization in mining area.Based on providing the concept of ecology civilization in mining area，the paper constructed the evaluation indicators system of ecological civilization in mining area by virtue of referring the preceding research outcomes at home and abroad.Consequently, such relative appraisal index as the development degree, evaluation of coordinated development and dynamic state index of coordinated development of ecology civilization in mining area are proposed, which can provide some references to the construction of ecology civilization in mining area.
