Abstract: Based on the total technical investigation and analysis of the present production workflow for a dressing plant, the present situation in production process are known and some latent problems of limiting the further development of this plant are found.For such key problems as low efficiency in grinding and classification, much regrinding, unequal equipment loads and unreasonable productivity in gravity separation, some feasible improving measures were put forward to adjust the process concentration, reasonably arrange the productivity, lower the equipment load, and add some automation control system.Then, the process parameters are optimized, and the concentration results are improved.It is believed that adopting these measures will be helpful to improve the products quality and lower the production cost.
