Abstract: The continuous exploitation of coal resources results in great damage to the ground.It not only destroyed a lot of land，but also fastened the process of soil erosion and desertification，which bring the serious negative impact on the ecological environment in the mine area.The establishment of land reclamation information system based on GIS in mine is of great significance to the land resource management and land reclamation planning decisions.The land reclamation information system is developed based on ArcGIS Engine.Then，a case is given to verify it.
