Abstract: The tests of the whole-grain column leaching and washing-sand column leaching-stirring leaching on the oxide copper ore from Yulong copper mine are carried out.The result showed that the whole-grain column leaching has a lower permeability，and easily resulted in the accumulated fluid if more water dropping，leading it difficult to leach out; After washing，its permeability can be improved，leading the copper leaching rate reaching above 78%.If the wash-stirring leaching is adopted at the same time，the copper leaching rate can reach above 96%.According to the tests results，it is concluded that the process of washing-sand leaching-stirring leaching is reasonable for the oxide copper ore of Yulong copper mine.
