Abstract: The paper introduced the theoretical basis，instrument and devices of geo-gas survey technology，and the geochemical graphic method of the rare earth，and made a discriminate analysis on the basic principle and method of these two nuclear processing data.The detection of the geo-gas of the concealed metallic ore and the geophysical anomaly in the HSP region confirmed that the analysis of the geo-gas survey data plays an important role in prospecting for the deep concealed metallic ore.
