Abstract: To research the stability of mined-out area in Qingshuichazuiyao limestone mine, and based on field investigation on the goaf and its mining environment, the field point load tests and the indoor uniaxial tensile and compressive strength tests were carried out to obtain the rock mechanics parameters.Three-dimensional finite element method was adopted to make the numerical simulation on this limestone mine. The simulation results indicated that Qingshuichazuiyao limestone mine was in low stability, and the concentrated tensile stress in the part roof of mined-out area maybe result in roof falling or wall caving with large ground subsidence.According to the analysis results and the on-site investigation, the corresponding countermeasures for mine safety was put forward, which provided a guide for mine safety production.
