Abstract: The lithology of the deep soft rock roadway isn't uniform and the lithology of different stratum differs greatly.The rocks are weathered and softened seriously when encountering water.Rock pressure monitoring could determine the rock mechanical properties，having a great significance on improving the mining yield and the economic benefit.Convergence deformation testing is the inspection and evaluation of the supporting effect，providing the basis of determining the most important economic and effective support scheme.Yushujing mine，affiliated to Shanghaimiao Mining Co.，Ltd，appears destruction deformation，cracking，floor swelling and the large deformation displacement of the two-sides.In order to guarantee the stability of the rock roadway and the safety of the production，rock pressure monitoring and convergence deformation testing are carried out，providing the necessary foundation of comprehensive treatment of the roadway.
