Abstract: The shallow-hole shrinkage mining method with delayed filling was used for above the -200 m layer in Wuji iron mine(north section).Three suitable second-step pillar extraction mining methods is proposed according to the actual mining conditions after the first-step filling of stope，and the appropriate pillar recovery mining method and the technical parameters of mining technology to Wuji iron mine(north part) are investigated through the consideration on how to recover resources securely，economically，efficiently，and in the maximum extent.It can give a certain reference for exploiting to the mine with similar mining conditions.
