Abstract: A gold ore in Kyrgyzstan which belongs to the refractory low grade gold ore,gold minerals are finely embedded , and the disseminated relationship of useful minerals, pyrite and quartz is complex .Through the optimization research on grinding fineness and the reagent system,under the conditions of -0.074 mm 90% grinding fineness, the dosage of D₁₀ and A₂₀₂ each at 100,50 g/t, get the gold concentrate containing got the gold 9.89 g/t with gold recovery 87.23%.Comparing with the simulation scene process and reagent system，concentrate grade increased 0.24 g/t, recovery rate improved 10.03 percentage points.
