Abstract: By taking advantage of the characteristics of strong capacity to absorb microwave of dust of EAF containing Zinc and Lead, Coke, anthracite and bituminous coal, Dust of EAF containing Zinc and Lead was carbothermically reduced by microwave heating. The results show that, using anthracite of granularity of -0.096 mm as reducing agent, under the conditions that the carbon/oxygen is 0.9, the reduction temperature is 1 100 ℃ and the holding time is 15 min, the metallization rate of the reduction product was up to 90.33%, the dezincification rate of 96.26%, and the lead-off rate was 88.89%.
