Abstract: The dynamic excavation of the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft in Jinchuan NO.3 mining district was simulated, and some valuable results were obtained.According to the characteristic of engineering geology and surrounding rock mass, the three-dimensional numerical model of the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft was set up.Then, the six excavation construction projects were computed and analyzed by FLAC3D, and some reasonable advices were got.The results show that when many projects were operated at same time, other engineering will produce large displacement, especially for surrounding rock nearly by the 1 165 m Level. It should have support and strengthen in time.
