Reasearch on Separation of Aluminum and Iron of High-aluminum  Oolitic hematite from Guizhou Hezhang

Abstract: Iron minerals are hematite and limonite mainly of High-aluminum oolitic hematite of Guizhou Hezhang,gibbsite of aluminum-bearing minerals enwrapped by hematite as fine granules and cryptocrystalline,the existential relation between iron and aluminium in the ore is complex.Studies show that adding YS-1,most of aluminum can be removed by direct reduction-dry magnetic separation process.Reduced iron product bearing 93.16%TFe,2.02%Al2O3 can be obtained by processing a raw ore with 42.56%TFe,12.30%Al2O3,and the iron recovery reaches 88.45%.
