Abstract: The composition and network layout of seismic monitoring system in Xinli mining area of Sanshandao gold mine was introduced. Based on the seismic event data processing，the analysis method was studied. According to the corresponding relationship of waveform and production activity，the waveform of detect events classification was studies. And it can ensure the recognition on time and the event classification preservation. Based on the quantitative earthquake parameters，especially the application of contours，regression curve and time variation curve and the corresponding relation，it provides a new method for forecasting the failure of underground mining tunnels and the pillar.
