Reelection of Tailings after Flotation from Sijiaying Iron Mine

Abstract: According to the different properties of the flotation tailings from two concentrators of sijiaying iron mine, adopted different process to reelection. The results show that the flotation tailings from one concentrator by the process of grinding-middle intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation can get the iron concentrate with yield 14.15%, iron grade 66.05%, recovery 52.21%, the other concentrator by the process of classification-grinding-high gradient high intensity magnetic separation-centrifugation for gravity concentration can get the iron concentrate with yield 12.64%, iron grade 63.53%, iron recovery 39.34%. The test results provide the scientific basis for improving the availability of resources and adding the economic benefits for enterprise.
