Abstract: According to the low mining efficiency，high ore loss ratio and poor ventilation quality with the application of the shallow-hole room-and-pillar mining with delayed filling in Lilou iron mine，the sublevel open stoping afterwards filling mining method was adopted above the -200 m Level. The field test results show that the indexes of this mining method are good. And it not only improve the mining intensity，labor productivity and operation safety，but also improve the economic benefic greatly. It introduces the application of sublevel open stoping afterwards filling mining method above the -200 m Level. And it includes the stope structure，stopping technology，filling technology and blasting parameters.
