Abstract: In order to reduce the copper content of Nanjing Pb-Zn-Ag Ore lead concentrates and obtain qualified copper concentrate, adopted K2Cr2O7+CMC as lead combined depressants,Jiangxi university of science and technology researched and developed the LP-01 as copper collector to the lead concentrates on copper flotation separation in laboratory. The copper content of lead concentrate reduced from 1.01% to 0.41%,and access to the copper concentrate with grade 18.12%,recovery 61.05%. Based on the test in laboratory further industrial experimental was done, the lead concentrates with copper content reduced from 2.85% to 1.34%,and received copper concentrate grade 21.68%,copper recovery 56.39%. Industrial experiment also shows that the wastewater of copper concentrate and final lead concentrate containing Cr6+ can be recycled by the sodium sulfite+lime, thus maximum limit avoids Cr6+ pollution to the environment.
