Complex Orebody Spatial Visualization Orebody Profile Triangulation Algorithm

Abstract: Profile splicing technology of 3D visualization modeling of complex ore body is studied. According to the complex orebody profile appeared in the section between the irregular location and scale,concave profile line,triangle between the splicing end concave profile lines within the triangle joint,branch composite and profile corresponding stitching. Minimum circumscribed rectangular box,concave profile line of the convex hull of projection and bump rejection method are put forward the corresponding profile stitching algorithm. Finally,the simulation has been carried and verified. The examples show that this algorithm constructs 3D orebody effectively,and it can also simulate the real complex three-dimensional structure and distribution of ore body accurately.
