Abstract: Mining-induced evolution law of mine environment capability was analyzed by dissipative structure theory.Mine ecological environment system and the features were analyzed and then the concept of mining-induced ecological environment capacity was proposed.Evolution law of mining-induced ecological environment capacity was analyzed by means of dissipative structure characteristics of mine ecological environment system. The state variables of mine ecological environment capacity were calculated and their mining-induced change trend was fitted with the help of RS technology. The calculating model of mining-induced ecological environment capacity was built based on its.The typical mining subsidence areas of Lu'an Mine Group were finally selected as the case areas. The mining-induced ecological environment capacity was calculated and the mining-induced evolution trend was acquired. The mining-induced ecological environment capacity shows itself the nest shape, which can be divided into four phases, i.e.the toboggan phase from 4 to 8 years after mining, the slowly descent phase from 9 to 12 years, the low-level(about 6.0) keeping phase from 13 to 22 years and the slack recovery phase about 23 to 40 years.
