Abstract: In the light of huge production area in Dahongshan Copper Mine，more tunneling and working faces，and deeply extending in excavation，the network structure，the total ventilation resistance and fan working status in ventilation system have been changing，resulting in the low efficient fan and poor ventilation. It is proposed that the ventilation system be managed by combining with network dropping resistance and fan adjustment. That is，by taking measures to reduce the total ventilation resistance of the entire mine and combining the total ventilation resistance to adjust the existing fan working status point，the micro-climatic conditions in mine is significantly improved; The efficient and economical operation of the fan is ensured and the total installed capacity is reduced. Meanwhile，huge economic benefits for the mining enterprises are created as well.
