Abstract: The system of surface refined mining was proposed，based on principles of refined productionWith the use of virtual instrument and database，a collection and processing system of the surface refined mining with integration of safe production process information，hazard signal monitoring data and pre-warning decision and command module was builtThe system consists of sensors，signal conditioners，date acquisition cards and PC，and the software design adopts LabVIEWThe extensible acquisition module was used for data collection and transmission; so that real-time monitoring on production process，data sharing and safety monitoring can be realized in surface mineAccording to the research results，it is expected that the traditional extensive open pit mine mining model be improved and the open-pit refined mining system be further enriched.
