Taking deep ore-body of north mining area in Jinning phosphate No 2 pithead of Yunnan phosphate group corporation as engineering background,the stability of stope roof and surrounding rock and mining pressure movement's laws for different thickness of phosphate ore during underground mining process of deep phosphate were studied with FLAC3D numerical simulation software The numerical calculation results show that:①The weight of rock above the goaf,transferred to the new supporting points around the goaf Then the distressed zone was formed which is located in the roof,and bearing pressure zone was located ahead of the goaf and both sides ore wall beside the goaf With the advancing of the mining stope,the leading bearing pressure zone moved forward,and the affected areas by mining of the overlying strata is also expanded;②Under the inclination orebody,the stress state of the upper and lower part of the overlying strata above the goaf after excavating,were uneven and asymmetric,and the ground pressure in the upper part was more obviously then that in the lower part;③With the increasing of the thickness of the seam,the areas affected by mining of the overlying strata became bigger after the mined-out area was formed,but the ground pressure appears weakening stress concentration factor of the bearing pressure zone in front of the goaf and ground pressure became smaller The maximum stress concentration of the bearing pressure zone in front of the goaf is decreased,and its plastic zone expanded.

Based on the complex mined-out area group of gold deposit in Hebei,the three dimensional calculation model is built with FLAC3D,and used to study the stability of mine open-pit slope under the influence of complex mined-out area group,and the safety factors of slope stability in typical sections have been calculated The results show that the mined-out area group has little impact on the overall stability of slope However,the mined-out area near the slope may cause local instability The slope safety factor is advanced significantly when it has been filled with waste,and the stability is improved obviously This research method can be as a reference for similar mines.

The size characteristics of the product after grinding of tungsten ore by high-pressure grinding roller from Yanglin'ao Dressing Plant of Hunan Yuanjing Tungsten Mine Industry and its relative grindability were studied. The results showed that: ① High pressure grinding roller can greatly increase the contents of intermediate and fine particle product; ②Pressure increasing at roller surface can improve the content of fine fraction and the crushing ratio; ③ Narrowing the closed-circuit sieve mesh size can increase the content of intermediate and fine products of high pressure grinding roller,and improve the relative grindability of closed-circuit roller grinding product. ④High pressure grinding roller can significantly improve the relative grindability of products. For coarse ores,its relative grindability was significantly increased; In case of the roll surface pressure of 4.5 MPa,mesh size of 3 mm,grinding fineness of -0.075 mm 50%,the relative grindability coefficient of the sample can reach 1.55,which increasing the first step grinding significantly.

In order to determine a certain kind of effective inhibitor adopted in reverse flotation process of a limonite mine in Xinjiang,the optimum test on the inhibitor of reverse flotation were carried out. The inhibition mechanism of the inhibitor was studied through surveying the surface ζ potentials of limonite under the condition of three different types of amyloid inhibitor. The results indicated that:①Under acidic conditions,the inhibit effect of iron is weakened orderly from sodium carboxymethyl starch,soluble starch to tertiary ammonium cationic starch. Under alkaline conditions,the inhibit effect of iron will be declined from tertiary ammonium cationic starch,soluble starch to sodium carboxymethyl starch. ②Taking sodium carboxymethyl starch with best inhibiting effect as inhibitor,iron ore concentrate with grade of 60.79% and recovery of 79.96% was obtained by adopting the process of one-roughing,two-cleaning,one scavenging and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn. ③The limonite ore with positive surface charges absorbs much sodium carboxymethyl starch(anionic starch) under acidic condition,which is the reason for the excellent inhibit effect on iron in acidic environment; The limonite ore with negative surface charges absorbs much tertiary ammonium cationic starch under alkaline condition,which is the reason for excellent inhibit effect on iron in alkaline environment.

Based on floatability characteristic of chalcopyrite and galena in CMC,aluminum sulfate or these two combined suppression system,effect of lead inhibition and copper flotation by aluminum sulfate+CMC in flotation process of a Cu-Pb mixed concentrate from Binzhou was studied. And then,the influence of aluminum sulfate to the absorption of Z-200 on the surface of chalcopyrite and galena was analyzed. The results showed that CMC,aluminum sulfate and these two combined reagents all increased the floatable difference of chalcopyrite and galena. The separation of copper-lead mixed concentrate can be realized with lower cost,less pollution and higher efficiency by firstly adding aluminum sulfate and then CMC. Hence,aluminum sulfate+CMC is recommended as new-type Pb depressant in copper-lead separation.

Due to effect of the activation of metal ions on gangue minerals in Bayan Obo rare earth dressing plant,the flotation process of one-roughing and two-cleaning can not form a closed-circuit flow-sheet,leading to an unfavorable flotation index (middles return makes the flotation system difficult to keep stable). In order to solve the problems of poor stability in production process and undesirable production index,optimization tests of reagents for the on-site rare earth floatation were made. The results showed that the combining inhibitors of citric acid and sodium silicate of gangue minerals can effectively eliminate the activation of metal ions on gangue minerals; With the usage of citric acid and sodium silicate at 200 +1 500 g/t,rare earth concentrate with ReO grade of 51.32% and recovery of 70.94% was obtained by adopting the process of one-roughing,two-cleaning and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn. Compared with on-site index,ReO grade and recovery rate were increased by 1.32 percentage point and 15.91 percentage point respectively.

In order to provide reference for efficiently recovery of indium from Indium-bearing zinc ferrite,the processing conditions for leaching of synthesis indium-bearing zinc ferrite in sulphuric acid and its leaching kinetics model were studied with the indium leaching rate as index. The results showed that IBZF within range of 0.150 ~ 0.045 mm in particle size had little effect on indium,but leaching temperature,leaching time and stirring speed greatly impacted on leaching rate of indium. Hydration rate is a key index for evaluating the active level of MgO in preparation of active MgO with calcined Magnesite. But it is only suitable for the calcined product with impurity content of less than 2%. With depletion increasing of high-quality magnesite resources,and in order to adjust to the exploration of the high impurity of magnesite,the concept of the corrected hydration rate is proposed. Taking a magnesite ore from Liaoning Haicheng as raw material,the technical conditioning tests for the preparation of active MgO by calcination were studied. The results showed the corrected hydration rate can more objectively and accurately reflect the activity of MgO in calcine process than the hydration rate. This conclusion is coincide with the XRD,SEM analysis of the calcined product and its hydrates.

Contrastive experimental researches between the rod media and the profiled media with equal gap same wire diameter and equal gap different wire diameter are carried out. The results show that compared with the rod media,the profiled media is more benefit to recovery of fine iron minerals. Also,it can decline the lower limit of particle size suitable for target minerals.

To solve problems in vanadium recovery with high efficiency and low consumption from vanadium-extracted tailings,taking vanadium slags from a steel company as raw material,vanadium-bearing intermediate slag was concentrated by adopting the process of the acid leaching of vanadium-extracted tailings and vanadium deposition with acid leaching solution,and then the influence of the amount of intermediate slags mixed into tailings to the sodium roasting with vanadium-bearing slag and water leaching rate of vanadium was studied. The mechanism of generating this law was discussed. The results showed that the vanadium-bearing intermediate slag replacing the vanadium-extracted tailings back to the process of vanadium extraction with sodium roasting could decrease the decomposition temperature of vanadium-bearing spinel,and reduce the degree of sintering on roasting slag. It also makes the oxidation of vanadium and promote the reaction of vanadium in vanadium-bearing spinel with Sodium carbonate to generate soluble sodium vanadate more easily,and finally realize vanadium recycling with high efficiency and low consumption.

The main phosphorus-bearing mineral in low intensity magnetic separation tailings of an Iron Dressing Plant of Hebei is apatite. Since apatite minerals are enriched obviously in fine or micro-fine particles, and its degree of liberation are well, it has a comprehensive recovery value. In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources, and reduce the potential threats of phosphate ore efflux to the environment, flotation tests of phosphorus concentration for on-site iron tailings samples are carried out. The results show that under grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 48%, phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade of 34.65%, and recovery of 88.83% is achieved by adopting the process of one-roughing, two-scavenging, four-cleaning and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn.

There are plenty of sphalerite,pyrite and pyrrhotite in early stage of a Pb-Zn tailing in Fujian. These minerals belong to high-quality secondary resources,and has recovery value.Study on the Zn concentration from representative samples of early tailings were carried out. The results showed that under regrinding fineness of -200 mesh 90% for the sample,Zn concentrate with Zn grade of 45.50% and zinc recovery of 67.05% was obtained by adopting the process of one roughing,three-cleaning,two-scavenging and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn. The reason for difficulty in improving Zn recovery is that there are only 55.92% of Zn existing in floatable Zinc Sulfide,and the remains are in difficult-to-float Zinc salt.
