Abstract: Based on the measured blasting vibration data of the mine stope and the actual tailings' operation, the finite element model to study the saturation line's effect on tailings dam's stability is built, and the influences of the stope blasting vibration to tailings dam's anti-sliding safety factor are researched under different elevation of saturation line and different stope blasting vibration intensity The research shows that the anti-sliding stability factor of the tailing dam is significantly influenced by the elevation of saturation line The higher the elevation of saturation line is,the lower the anti-sliding stability factor is For a tailings dam with normal elevation of saturation line, the anti-sliding stability factor increases with the increasing of vibration intensity when the blasting vibration intensity is between 0~0333g,and the anti-sliding stability factor almost decreases linearly when the blasting vibration intensity is greater than 0033g The anti-sliding stability factor' function of blasting vibration intensity is fitted by Matlab to gain their relationship For the ill-tailings dam and danger tailings dam caused by high elevation of saturation line, the anti-sliding stability factor is more significantly affected by the elevation of saturation line, and even linearly decreased.
