Abstract: For the cave and cracks' impact on blasting and the problems posed in karst area，and combining with mine production practices，the causes of the problem and the possible consequences to solve the problem are analyzed from drill，charge and ignition network.The specific methods are summarized for solving the problems.The blasting methods，such as the air space charge method，outside hole millisecond short delay detonation technology and the hybrid blasting of electric cap and fuse blasting cap，are determined.These blasting methods effectively improved the blasting effect，ensured blasting safety and reduced the cost of ore exploration.
