Application of Combined Support Technology in Large Span Open-off Cut under Artificial Regenerated Roof

Abstract: In large span open-off cut under artificial regenerated roof,due to roadway complicated geological conditions,mine pressure appear serious.With the pressure and the section of roadway increasing,there is a difficulty that common anchor net and rope can′t overcome.According to the geological characteristics and ground pressure characteristics of roadway,a combined support of wooden shed and anchor is used in large section of artificial regenerated roof.Such support combined the passive and active support′s merits.It reduced the roof separation and falling, achieved the effective control to the large span open-off,prevented the cut deformation and rupture and maintained the stability of the cut.Also,it provided a reliable guarantee for the mining of coal under artificial regenerated roof.It is not easy to cyclically reuse steel beams and single hydraulic in backfill mining.But due to cheap prices,the use of wooden materials reduced supporting material loss and waste,which achieved remarkable economic benefits.The joint support of wooden shed and anchor can be used in backfill mining of large span tunnel for reference.
