Design on Wireless Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System of Metal Mine

Abstract: Aimed at the present disadvantages about temperature and humidity monitoring system of metal mine,such as complex cable wiring,high cost,poor flexibility,prone to blind area monitoring and so on,a wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system is designed.The system nodes revolve around CC2530,end nodes sense the temperature and humidity of metal mine by temperature and humidity sensor SHT10,then,data is sent to sink node from end nodes by the way of wireless.Sink node sends processed data to the monitoring center of the upper machine by a serial port.The system uses LabVIEW as PC monitoring software development with friendly human-computer interaction interface,which realizes automatic data collection,processing,display,storage,abnormal situation of automatic alarm and so on,the final implementation of real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in mental mine.The experimental results show that the system has some advantages,such as high reliability,low cost,flexible layout,convenient maintenance and so on,solving the existing problems in temperature and humidity monitoring system of metal mine.
