Sonic Wave Testing Technology in Anchoring Quality of FRP Bolt

Abstract: Aimed at the current situation of FRP bolt's single anchoring quality testing technology and limited testing parameters in Daye iron mine,sonic wave testing technology is applied in the sampling inspection of FRP bolt's anchoring quality of underworkings in Daye Iron Mine.The acceptability of the FRP bolt's anchoring quality in 35 random samples is 85.7%,which is consistent with the actual situation of the supporting roadway.It is indicated that it is feasible to apply the sonic wave testing technology to detecting the anchoring quality of FRP bolt; The test results show that the main influencing factors of the FRP bolt's anchoring quality in Daye Iron Mine are anchoring length and anchoring agent compactness between FRP bolt and surrounding rock,Therefore the corresponding control countermeasures for anchoring quality was put forward from respects of drilling depth,anchoring agent filling quantity,insert depth anchoring bolt body,anchoring agent soaking time.The sonic wave testing technology of FRP bolt's anchoring quality provides a reference for the control of anchoring quality,and has a great application value to realize safety and efficient exploitation in Daye Iron Mine.
