Abstract: In order to avoid the big influence of inclined angle on open backfill of super high water material and achieve a safe and efficient mining in gently inclined coal seam,the proposal for mixed filling was creatively put forward.The super high water material mixed consolidation technology was formed and its feasibility was deeply analyzed.At the same time,the related backfilling process was proposed:After the consolidated slurry is firstly backfilled,followed by the high water filling materials.When the slurry height reaches a certain level,second filling with consolidated slurry starts.The filling mechanism of the technique and the principals of controlling the overlying strata movement were analyzed.Also,the advantages and characteristics of high water material mixed consolidation technology were summarized.The result showed that:this new technology rationally utilized the inclined angle of coal seam to receive a breakthrough of filling without being limited by the inclined angle of coal seam and solving the difficulty in super high water material open backfill mining.Meanwhile,the efficiency of limiting rock movement was improved in further.Besides,the super high water material mixed consolidation technology has a lower price and has not a disturbance to mining.It gives a profound application prospect and a new mean to raise the recovery rate of mineral resources under buildings as well as relieve the damage of surface for the inclined coal mine.
