Study on Low Dilution and Loss Mining Technology of Large and Thick Orebody in Baizhangzi Gold Mine

Abstract: The pillar sublevel caving mining is adopted to No.213 large and thick ore-body of Baizhangzi gold mine,and ore loss and dilution are bigger under the influence of the condition of ore body.To improve recovery index,the non-pillar sublevel caving method with low loss and dilution rate is used to sublevel 0 to +60 m of No.213 ore-body.The stope structure is improved and optimized through the granular flow parameters experiment and layout form of the mining drift.The reasonable structural parameters are separately set up to different shape of ore-body.Based on the principle of lozenge arrangement,the mining drift is adjusted.The blasting parameters of being suitable for ore body condition and the processing way of stone are given.Each level is run through the ramp,and stoped by the method of upper and lower section at the same time.By this method,the ore loss and dilution rate can be controlled at nearly 12%,and the problem of the big loss and dilution can be effectively solved,which can provide a reference for similar mines.
