Abstract: High efficient and high speed mixer is the most important equipment to prepare high concentration of filling slurry.Aiming at the problems in traditional mining-filling mixer，such as easily wearing，uneven materials，poor sealing effect，mortar leakage and so on，a new type of GSJ80 high speed mining-filling mixer was developed.With the high-speed rotation of wear plate and rotor driven by the stirring shaft，slurries with high concentration，uniform mixing，good flow properties and small transport resistance，are prepared after a strong collision，shearing，and mixing of high-density cemented unclassified tailings slurry，which can greatly improve the filling effect.At the same time，the equipment has advantages of easy disassembly，convenient maintenance，good wear resistance，long service life，good sealing properties and less leakage of slurry.The equipment has been applied in Tianchang Tianxing Mining Co.，Ltd..The mixing parameter tests indicate：the equipment has achieved remarkable results in application and owns a wide range of promotional prospect.
