Abstract: In order to explore the unclassified-tailing slurry rheological property under the influence of temperature, taking an iron ore unclassified-tailing as test object, the orthogonal design was adopted to design experiment, and temperature adjustable rheometer was used to test rheological parameters. Then the influence rule of mass concentration, temperature, and the cement-sand ratio on slurry rheological parameters were analyzed. The results show that the influence degree of factors on the yield stress is mass concentration>temperature>the cement-sand ratio; There are certain interactions among various factors, and the interaction between temperature and concentration is obvious, and the yield stress rise sharply while the mass concentration is higher than 79%;To meet the requirements of the liquidity and the concentration, and reduce the effects of temperature and cement-sand ratio, slurry concentration should be controlled below 78% in the process of the filling.
