Abstract: Production of civil explosive enterprises is risky and prone to safety accidents.Intelligent integrated information monitoring system is an effective way to improve the production safety and management level of civil explosive enterprises.According to the definition of Internet of Things, the system is designed as three layers (perception layer, network layer and application layer).Cameras, sensors, actuators, alarms, card readers, and other equipment are installed on site for the collection of data and information. The optic data transmission network is established by using gigabit fiber channel switches, optical transceivers, outdoor armored optic cables, and other equipment so as to realize the goal of the transmission of data and information. The spatial database is established based on on Access and SQL Sever technologies, the visual interfaces is developed by using the programming language VB.net and JAVA components.Three interaction methods are designed for computer, touch screen and mobile phone,so,the intelligent information monitoring system is built ultimately. After three mouths of trial operation, the goal of effective monitoring and early safety warning for the whole production process of civil explosive enterprises are realized by using the system developed in this paper, and it can provide some technical reference for the decision-making.
