Abstract: Main valuable elements of a gold，silver，lead and zinc flotation tailings in Yunnan are lead，zinc，gold and silver.Main metallic minerals are iron-lead-alumite，lead-alum，cerusite，bonamite，willemite，sphalerite，etc.Gold is mainly in microscopic gold form.Galena is the main carrier minerals of gold and silver.In order to determine the recovery process of valuable elements，flotation process was studied.Results show that when grinding fineness is -74 μm 83.6% and using one roughing three cleaning two scavenging lead preferential flotation，one roughing three cleaning two scavenging zinc flotation process，lead concentrate with 41.82% Pb，40.58 g/t Au，2 887.72 g/t Ag，recovery of 70.17% Pb，78.66% Au，75.18% Ag，zinc concentrate with 34.85% Zn，1.92 g/t Au，183.17 g/t Ag，recovery of 87.47% Zn，13.47% Au，17.28% Ag was obtained.
