Abstract: The similarity criterion between the convective heat transfer prototype of the model is derived based on model experimental similarity theory, and a set of experimental system is established to study the convective heat transfer characteristics of airflow in high temperature roadway. The varying contents of roadway wall temperature, inlet airflow velocity and inlet temperature are measured, and the influence of the factors to airflow convective heat transfer coefficient is analyzed. The influence degree of roadway wall temperature, inlet airflow velocity and average roadway airflow temperature to the airflow convective heat transfer coefficient is also discussed by using correlation analysis method.Among the above three factors, the average roadway airflow temperature is the main influence one of airflow convective heat transfer coefficient, while, the roadway wall temperature is the least important one of airflow convective heat transfer coefficient. To be specific, the airflow convective heat transfer coefficient is positively correlated with average roadway airflow temperature and inlet airflow velocity, while the correlation between the airflow convective heat transfer coefficient and roadway wall temperature is negative.Based on the analysis of the above influence factors,a empirical correlation of airflow convective heat transfer in high temperature roadway is obtained, and it can be used to calculate the actual airflow convective heat transfer coefficient in high temperature roadway within the range of experiments.
