Abstract: There is 2.10% Pb,3.805% Zn,and 35.85 g/t Ag in a lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Dajianshan of Guangdong.Lead and zinc mainly exists in form of sulfide minerals, lead sulfide and zinc sulfide accounts for 95.71% and 95.84% of total lead and total zinc, respectively. To provide technique basis for development and utilization of the ore, beneficiation experiment was conducted. Results indicated that,at grinding fineness of 80% passing 74 μm,using CaO as pulp pH regulator, zinc sulfide as depressor, ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate + butyl xanthate as collector, via two roughing three cleaning four scavenging flotation, tailings of lead flotation using CaO as pulp pH regulator,CuSO4 as activator, butyl xanthate as collector, via one roughing three cleaning four scavenging flotation, lead concentrate with 60.29% Pb,recovery of 92.02%,826.13 g/t silver, recovery of 72.75%,3.64% Zn,Zinc concentrate with 48.32% Zn,recovery of 92.30%,and 0.95% Pb was obtained.
