Abstract: Taking Fuquan mining area for example，the paper briefly described the selection of the known control network，the layout and the establishment of the surface control network，and made the adjustment calculation and precision analysis on them.Meanwhile，the significance of the surface control network to the connection survey between the surface and the shaft，the control survey of mine roadway，and long-term planning of the mine was expounded.
