Experimental Research on the Performance of New-type High-performance Corrugated Filter Media

Abstract: The experimental research on the performance parameters of corrugated filter materials are carried out，including the dust-collection efficiency，dust-cleaning effect，running resistance and others.The results showed that the removal efficiency of new filtering media reached 99.8%，and，the dust collection efficiency reached 88% for 2μm dust.So，the corrugated filter media has a good dust-collecting performance.It still keeps stable for running resistance after several filtering due to its special surface treatment.The research indicates that this filtering media can better peel off dusts with a long service life.
