Abstract: Ceramic filter membrane has wide application prospect in many fields due to its excellent material performance and separation character. For many years, ceramic filter membrane has been sprayed manually, which has seriously restricted the product quality and production capacity. Tongdu Special Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd, through many years' research, has successfully for the first time applied the transformed glaze spraying technology for ceramic floor tiles to the spraying of ceramic filter membrane, which has achieved good technical and economic benefits and social benefit and provided the technical security for the large scale production of ceramic filter membrane and the development of high quality new type ceramic materials. The paper highlights the work principle, system design and application effect of the automatic spraying of ceramic filter membrane.
