Experiment on Flotation of Lead Zinc Sulfide Ore Containing Antimony in Western Yunnan

Abstract: Contents of lead and zinc in a lead-zinc sulfide ore containing antimony in Western Yunnan are 3.91% and 1.87% respectively,associated valuable elements are antimony and silver.To determine the suitable mineral process,beneficiation experiment was carried out.Results show that lead concentrate with lead grade and recovery rate 61.25% and 90.40% respectively,and containing antimony 6.40% and 39.32% silver,antimony recovery rate is 72.41%,and silver recovery rate is 75.62%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade and recovery rate are 46.57% and 81.06% respectively,was obtained via one roughing-four cleaning-two scavenging lead flotation,one roughing-three cleaning-one scavenging zinc flotation process.
