Abstract: The recovery and utilization of tailings is attracting more and more attention in modern society.In view of large capacity of copper-nickel mine tailings drainage every year in a fine-grained single nickel-based feature，the Swirl Injection Flotation Column was used to do the re-concentration test in laboratory firstly.Then，based on the laboratory tests，the industrial test is made.A nickel concentrate grading 2.78% at a recovery of 14.86% and MgO grading below 8.25% were obtained from the production tailings which have 0.23% Ni by the process consisting of one roughing，one scavenging and three cleanings.
