Abstract: According to the actual situation of mine，some new technology was used to design and optimize the structure of the traditional throttle.By adopting the rotary axis structure and keeping the balance of wind pressure on both sides of throttle，a throttle which can be always switched freely under positive or negative pressure was designed.Through model experiments of the throttle，it is further verified that it can play an important role in ensuring the success of the anti-wind.
