Abstract: It is of great significance o establish a green mine evaluation index system for creating the green mine.It can provide a technical support and guidance for green mine construction, and meanwhile promote the environmental and ecological protection, reduce resource consumption and take the path of circular economy.Based on standards for the green mine construction, an assessment framework for green mine is established from six aspects of energy resources utilization, the modernization of mining and mineral processing, cleaner production, mine management, mine safe production and the ecological environment reconstruction, and then an evaluation index system for green mine construction is given.
