Study of Mechanism and Control of Deep Soft Rock Roadway Floor Heave in Yaoqiao Coal Mine

Abstract: With the mining depth increase in Yaoqiao Coal Mine in Datun mine area,various nonlinear mechanics damages are appeared,which can seriously affect the safety production.In particular,the floor of the leading pass 7009 is greatly deformed by the combination of the dynamic and static load disturbance,in-situ stress field and former decoupling support design.This paper investigated the principal factor of mining-induced floor heave and the correlation mechanism based on the mechanical characters of surrounding rock,mineral analysis and former support form.Based on the optimized support design parameters by finite difference method and three-dimensional numerical simulation,the anchor roof by cable anchor is introduced to decrease the stress concentration in the floor.Besides,the floor anchor bolt is embedded in the footwall at 45°and 60°angle.The project practice showed that the floor heave can be effectively controlled.
