Abstract: Experiments on the flash magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation for Daxigou -1 mm siderite powder with Fe grade of 21.21% was made by adopting the flash magnetizing roasting furnace developed by themselves.Good test results with Fe concentrate yield of 38% ~ 40%，Fe grade of over 56%，metal recovery of more than 80% were obtained.This process provides a new flow-sheet for the high-efficient utilization of the refractory low magnetic iron ore.
