Quality Stability and Tailing Grade Reduction in Concentrator of Qidashan Iron Mine

Abstract

Abstract: The analysis was made of the causes for the grade rise of the flotation tailings of Qidanshan Mine' concentrator and tests were made on reducing the grade of the flotation tailings and improving the metal recovery.The results show that the treatment of the concentrate of high intensity magnetic separation by a process consisting of fine screening，desliming and gravity separation can not only stabilize the flotation performance but also reduce the grade of the flotation tailings.
